About the Role

Were seeking an outgoing motivated Marketing Specialist to join our on-site activation this role youll help execute live events and promotional campaigns that drive real results connecting directly with customers generating leads and turning conversations into conversions.

This isnt a desk job its hands-on fast-paced and full of opportunity. Youll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up in the real world.

What Youll Do

Support the planning setup and breakdown of community activations retail pop-ups and live brand events.

Engage with customers face-to-face explaining product features offers and benefits with enthusiasm and confidence.

Turn on-site interest into immediate sales or qualified leads.

Work closely with the marketing and events team to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.

Capture feedback track engagement data and share insights with leadership to improve future campaigns.

Assist with inventory management promotional materials and light social media coverage during activations.

Keep event spaces clean professional and visually appealing at all times.
