Job Brief : A Host or Hostess makes sure that their guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued.
Responsibilities : The Host / Hostess is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for restaurant guests.
- Greet customers and provide them with seating information
- Answer phone calls to take reservations and answer inquiries
- Provide customers with menus and specials information
- Keep the dining area clean and organized
- Assist servers in managing customer requests
- Monitor guest satisfaction while they are dining
