Manages other Managers Supervisors and / or individual contributors in a matrix environment and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations. Defines strategy and direction for a comprehensive globally-structured multi-family supply chain delivery strategy aimed to ensure the companys current and potentially new customers have a solid end-to-end supply chain solution signed off on and implemented customized to their specific needs and requirements. Leads regular customer summit meetings to ensure all supply chain deliverables are being progressed to the customers satisfaction both in terms of quality of deliverables as well as stringent adherence to critical milestones and contractually agreed-upon goals and objectives.

The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar / performance are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
