In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with our clinical staff to provide direct patient care, support therapeutic activities, and foster a safe and healing environment for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. • Assisting patients with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Monitoring and documenting patient behavior, vital signs, and progress.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Providing emotional support and encouragement to patients.
• Collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
