We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing : converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy.Diamond Foundry is looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to own the execution of critical projects by providing thoughtful cross-functional planning, clarity, and proactive risk management. In this role, you will be leaned on as a team leader to ensure the team is working towards common goals and to help remove roadblocks that may come up. The ideal candidate is not just organized but can navigate fluidly through competing projects and has impeccable communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams and leadership to define team deliverables aligned with the company milestones and strategy.
  • Designs, improves, and enforces processes to ensure there is an organized method to track multiple changes to their deadlines, improves internal efficiency, and / or addresses identified gaps.
  • Monitor project process, highlight risks, and continuously evaluate schedule impacts to key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business leaders, managing expectations.
  • Provide functional engineering support to core engineering teams.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in engineering with 8+ years in a role spanning engineering or project management in the semiconductor industry
  • Track record of leading teams and forming strong relationships with engineering teams
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects
  • Track record for managing complex technology projects end-to-end - concept and feasibility, development & productization / ramp
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
  • 160,000 - $200,000 a year
