Trillium Profession Staffing is now hiring a Transportation Clerk in Frederick, Maryland!

Responsibilities :

• Perform a variety of office and administrative functions, including accounts payable / receivable, collections, payroll processing, fuel reconciliation, office supply management, billing, database maintenance, and miscellaneous reporting.
• Conduct audits of driver logs, trip reports, and other DOT-required documentation; maintain accurate and compliant driver files.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist with resolving driver equipment requests, and manage pallet tracking processes as needed.
• Maintain and distribute route books, working closely with drivers daily to support coverage during vacations and for overflow freight.
• Ensure accurate daily / weekly updates and audits related to pallet tracking (as applicable), as well as continuous monitoring of log and DOT compliance requirements.
