B Line Operator

Operate and monitor the B-Line machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Set up line components and prepare materials needed for production runs.

Inspect products for quality and consistency; remove defective items and report issues to the Line Lead or Maintenance team.

Perform routine checks and adjustments to maintain optimal line performance.

Record production data such as output, downtime, and material usage.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety policies.

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and maintenance personnel to minimize downtime.

Assist with product changeovers, cleaning, and equipment maintenance as required.

Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
