Position : Director of Health and Safety

Position Summary : The Director of Health and Safety will partner closely with the VP of HESS to lead, develop, and continuously improve Carpenter Technology's health and safety programs. This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture through innovative solutions and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead corporate Safety, Security, Fire, and Emergency Response teams.
• Develop and execute Health and Safety strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations; prepare reports.
• Manage emergency preparedness and incident response programs.
• Design and deliver safety training for all employee levels.
• Establish KPIs and audit strategies to drive continuous improvement.
