Position Summary The Director, Professional Services Engineering at Belden Inc. leads a high-performance team responsible for delivering innovative, customer-centric engineering solutions and services across industrial automation, networking, and cybersecurity domains. This role ensures the successful design, implementation, and support of professional services projects globally, with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and customer satisfaction. The Director will drive operational excellence, foster technical leadership, and align service delivery with Belden's strategic business goals.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $160,000 - $200,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
