ELECTRICAL BRANCH MANAGER – MOBILE, ALABAMA

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Branch Manager based in Mobile, Alabama .

Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Electrical Branch Manager in Mobile, AL is between $120,000 and $160,000 , and may be higher for candidates with exceptional performance history.

Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client-facing representative of the company in the Mobile market.

Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships to expand project opportunities.

Coordinate with clients on project design, permitting, and development.

Lead and support project managers in schedule development and execution.

Oversee multiple project managers running concurrent projects.

Ensure accurate contract billing through schedule of values tracking.

Oversee measurement and billing of completed projects.

Ensure scope changes and red-line drawings are properly tracked by PMs.

Enforce safety standards and quality control at all levels of project execution.

Provide final approval for subcontractor assignments and schedules.

Review and approve vendor invoices for payment.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in commercial or light industrial electrical contracting.

Prior senior-level leadership or operations / executive management experience.

Experience managing large contracts involving underground electrical utility work.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop project management teams.

Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and written / verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable using project management and construction scheduling software.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred but Not Required :

Journeyman License or related degree
