job_description.job_card.job_descriptionServe as the primary HR point of contact for the Treasure Coast care center partnering with leadership to ensure smooth HR operations. Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruiting support onboarding payroll benefits administration and offboarding. Host orientations at both Treasure Coast offices West Palm Beach and Port . Manage HRIS functions ensuring accurate employee records and timely reporting. Support compliance tracking for licenses certifications and required trainings. Provide guidance on employee relations performance management and policy interpretation. Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives recognition programs and effective communication. Four (4) year college degree in human resources or closely related field. Five (5) years of progressive human resources experience preferably in healthcare or a related field. Ability to commute to either office location as needed. Proficiency in payroll andHRIS systems (ADP preferred). Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
