Position : ISO & Safety Compliance Manager

Duration : Full-Time

Location : Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite)

Salary : 90-120K + Annual Bonus Potential

Shift : 7 : 30 - 4 (M-F); occasional weekends

Start Date : ASAP

Making top notch products for the nation's leading fuel retailers and transportation agencies to create premier sign solutions. They are seeking a talented ISO & Safety Compliance Manager to help them in this mission.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ISO & Safety Compliance Manager to lead our Quality Management System (QMS) under ISO 9001 : 2015 and oversee workplace safety programs in compliance with OSHA, state, and local regulations.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our manufacturing operations consistently meet the highest standards for product quality, regulatory compliance, and employee well-being. You will work across departments to strengthen our safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a world-class QMS that supports operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience administering and being responsible for a QMS system as an ISO administrator
  • Experience with ISO 9001
  • Experience identifying and fixing anything breaks in ISO process
  • OSHA familiarity and site visits
  • Strong computer skills – workmanship standards

Key Responsibilities

  • ISO / Quality Management
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of an ISO 9001 : 2015-compliant QMS.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, including certification and recertification processes.
  • Develop, write, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation.
  • Facilitate management reviews and align outcomes with quality objectives.
  • Identify non-conformities, lead root cause analysis, and manage corrective / preventive action (CAPA) processes to completion.
  • Oversee supplier quality audits and verify vendor compliance with quality requirements.
  • Maintain audit records, reports, and documentation in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Provide ISO / QMS training to managers and staff to ensure audit readiness and adherence to requirements.
  • Track, analyze, and present QMS performance metrics to leadership.
  • Safety Compliance Serve as the company’s primary OSHA liaison for inspections and correspondence.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies that comply with OSHA, state, and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and ergonomic assessments. Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate safety meetings, drills, and awareness campaigns to foster a safety-first culture.
  • Ensure all required OSHA logs (e.g., 300, 300A) are accurately maintained, posted, and retained.
  • Oversee PPE inventory, safety equipment procurement, and readiness.
  • Develop and track safety KPIs (e.g., TRIR, near-miss rates) and present findings to leadership.
  • Maintain current knowledge of evolving safety regulations and best practices.
