Duration : 6 Months

Shift : Four 12-hour shifts per week - Days (6 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM) or Nights (6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM), including weekends and holidays as needed

Summary :

Seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver hands-on care and support in a clinical environment. The CNA will assist patients with daily activities, ensure accurate documentation, and support nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities :

• Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, transfers, and vital signs
• Track and record patient activities and condition changes
• Provide transport within the facility and occasionally externally
• Maintain cleanliness in shared patient spaces
• Respond to safety risks and take corrective measures promptly
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Follow infection control guidelines and facility procedures
• Demonstrate skill proficiency in assigned clinical tasks
