Operations Analyst

A leading investment management firm is seeking an Operations Analyst. This team serves as a specialist operations partner across private equity and venture capital strategies, working closely with senior finance leaders, investment professionals, and fund administrators.

Key Responsibilities

This is a hands on role supporting the execution of alternative investment operations

Act as a liaison between internal teams and third-party providers ensuring high-quality service and timely deliverables

Contribute to the valuation process, including coordinating deliverables and reviewing internal valuation models

Help manage annual audits, NAV delivery, financial statement review, and investor reporting processes

Identify and implement improvements to operational workflows and system processes

Partner with internal teams on new fund launches and strategic initiatives to ensure efficient setup and scalability

Respond to investor requests and support due diligence efforts in coordination with client relations

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required

Prior experience in PE or VC operations

Strong communication and project management skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables

Familiarity with partnership accounting concepts preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel fluency required
