Role : General Manager – Pool Company Operations
Compensation : $150,000–$175,000 base + performance bonus
About the Role
You’ll lead all day-to-day operations for the fastest-growing pool service company in Southern California. From managing routes and field teams to driving customer satisfaction and owning the P&L, you’ll be the operator-in-charge. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who’s sharp on the details, confident in the field, and passionate about building systems and people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage the entire service team—techs, office staff, and third‑party vendors
- Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and route optimization to ensure consistent, on‑time service
- Be the face of the company with customers—own service quality and issue resolution
- Hire, onboard, and retain top talent as the team scales
- Own and optimize our tech stack (CRM, dispatching, customer‑facing tools)
- Support fieldwork with technical know‑how and hands‑on guidance
- Manage vendor relationships and job assignment infrastructure
- Drive performance using data—track KPIs, improve margins, and scale responsibly
- Work directly with ownership on strategic growth and expansion
Qualifications
