JJob Summary : The Confirmation Coordinator has the primary responsibility of confirming appointments, verifying customer information, scheduling the sales representatives including re-routing and rescheduling appointments, pulling leads forward to fill the board, and continuously making outbound calls to fill all open appointments in each division. This role requires real-time adjustments to schedules to maximize sales team efficiency and performance. The Confirmation Coordinator plays a key role in communicating with the sales team to report back appointment outcomes and ensure smooth operations.

Additional duties include entering all leads generated from home show events and retail venues into Lead Perfection and ensuring all contact information is correct prior to Confirming. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and multi-tasking.

Essential Functions : Basic Functions of this position are :

Communicate regularly with sales representatives to gather information on appointment dispositions and report back outcomes to the appropriate teams.

Confirm customer information, ensuring accuracy of name, address, phone number, email, product grade, source, date, time, length of appointment, and all parties will be on site and available for the entire length of the presentation.

Conduct outbound calls to confirm existing customer appointments

Include any notes provided by marketing representatives.

Manage all leads generated from home show events and retail venues, ensuring they are accurately entered into Lead Perfection.

Document each call attempt with the appropriate disposition and include any notes provided by marketing representatives.

Contribute to a positive team environment.

Assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications : To effectively perform the duties for this position, individuals must be able to demonstrate competencies that are essential to the position, which include but are not limited to :

1+ year(s) of experience as a Setter or related position preferred

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound judgements

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets.

Open to feedback for continuous improvement and growth.
