Company Summary : Crossroads is an Arizona Department of Health Services licensed substance abuse treatment provider with proven expertise in serving men, women, and Veterans with Substance Use Disorder through the provision of high quality, successful, and affordable residential and outpatient recovery programs.

Due to federal contracts the following items are prohibited : Medical / Recreational marijuana, current parole, or probation.

Job Summary : The Counselor engages in professional counseling, offering clinical therapeutic services to adults who struggle with substance abuse and co-occurring issues. This role primarily involves work in outpatient settings. The Counselor assists in overseeing program management and ensures continuity of care. Responsibilities include conducting screenings, assessments, developing treatment plans, managing caseloads, and providing both group and individual counseling. The role also involves crisis management and coordinating patient care, while operating independently with minimal supervision.
