A company is looking for an Order Support Representative II. Key Responsibilities Serve the inbound phone queue and assist customers with inquiries or concerns Process orders, research and resolve accounting, pricing, and shipping issues Monitor customer orders and keep customers informed of order status Required Qualifications High school diploma; some college coursework preferred 2+ years of experience in Customer Service / Sales Support or similar environment Basic understanding of customer relationship management Accurate data entry and general computer skills Proficiency in Spanish or French communication is highly desirable
