Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business System Analyst to act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. The successful candidate will evaluate business processes, gather and document requirements, and propose technological solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and objectives.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements and specifications.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of new systems or system enhancements.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between existing systems and desired future states.
• Develop use cases, user stories, process flow diagrams, and other documentation as needed.
• Provide support during system implementation and post-implementation review.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to business analysis and technology.
