Product Design Lead

A company is looking for a Product Design Lead (Healthcare SaaS). Key Responsibilities Influence product design through research and data, creating high-quality wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes Develop user interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing, ensuring consistency across platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs and conduct usability testing Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in designing for healthcare SaaS or related B2B products Experience with iterative design and research frameworks, such as Design Thinking Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and experience in cross-functional team collaboration Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX and UI design, particularly in healthcare Proficiency in design tools, preferably Figma, and experience with user research methodologies
