This pivotal role involves developing comprehensive market strategies, leading acquisition processes, conducting functional reviews, and managing cross-functional projects aligned with company priorities to scale the organization efficiently.

Your Role :

Corporate Development :

• Build and maintain an M&A pipeline for potential ModMed acquisitions.
• Manage the full acquisition process, including deal sourcing, valuation analysis, due diligence planning and coordination, and post-close integration planning and execution.
• Conduct financial modeling and lead due diligence and integration efforts, including coordinating with internal functions, third-party advisors, ModMed's private equity partner (Clearlake), and the acquisition target.
• Present internal updates to ModMed's executive team and deal sponsors.
