Located in Lakewood Colorado St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado. With four trauma rooms including the T-10 room a dedicated field-to-surgery suite ready 24 / 7 for trauma surgeons and specially trained teams our staff can provide life-saving care to the most severely ill and injured 2023 we received our exciting Magnet designation! Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Emergency Department at St. Anthony Hospital one of our proud Magnet designated hospitals is a verified American College of Surgeons Level I Trauma Center. We are a Joint Commission Comprehensive Stroke Center and a cardiac receiving center. We are a high-volume ED treating a variety of medical and cardiac conditions with 46 beds and approximately 58000 visits per year. We are the home of Flight for Life Colorado and surrounding areas bring around 1000 patients from medical to trauma. We are a desirable department as we are the Premier Level I ED Emergency Services Association Lantern Award recipient providing exemplary care ANCC equivalent of a Magnet and we attract the best and brightest as an exemplary model department recognized on national level of being the top one percent. The Clinical Nursing Manager is responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned unit(s). The role functions include management of human fiscal material support and systems resources while achieving and maintaining the goals of a unit or department by focusing on the unit or departments daily operations. The Clinical Nursing Manager role demonstrates a high level of integrity willingness to take on new challenges and prioritizes associate engagement. This position consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. The Clinical Nursing Manager supports associate development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.
