POSITION DUTIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Responsible for the regular monthly, weekly, and daily scheduling of all direct care employees, Private Duty Caregivers.

Notifies all patients and Private Duty Caregivers of their service schedule and any change in their schedule.

Coordinates and assigns daily schedules for professional staff.

Updates schedules in ADLWare and performs Assignment Completion as required.

May assist with other scheduling as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior scheduling experience strongly preferred

Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
