Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Seek, identify, and approach new prospects to grow your own book of business via value added solutions and services
• Strengthen client relationships though proactive communication
• Perform market research and product analysis
• Analyzing client data
• Conduct SWOT analysis to determine client overall financial health
• Develop and deliver customized client recommendations
• Monitor firm’s social media marketing efforts
• Cultivate leads into clients
• Assist in account related paperwork
• Help clients maximize or create their own “employee benefits package”
• Handle all Life and Disability Insurance Cases
• Become proficient in advanced college planning strategies
