RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete participants intake and enrollment.
- Co-facilitate orientation and workshop sessions for participants in the program.
- Create individual client file for participants after they complete orientation.
- Conduct weekly visits to assigned worksites for monitoring to ensure compliance with.
- DYCD policy and procedures.
- Review complete sign and enter weekly timesheets into DYCD database.
- Complete weekly monitoring log while at worksite and enter notes into the system by Wednesday of the week following the visit.
- Act as a liaison with participants administrative staff and worksite staff.
- Keep all participant and worksite folders and binders organized and up to date.
- Perform other duties as required by manager.
