LivWell Infusions is a leading provider of infusion therapies for chronic diseases such as MS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Severe Asthma. Our infusion centers provide patients with superior care under the supervision of a medical director. We pride ourselves on friendliness, timeliness, and expertise in the infusion industry. We are looking for great communicators with high attention to detail to join our growing team.

Primary duties include the following :

• Performs insurance benefit verifications with commerical and government payers
• Obtain pre-certifications and authorizations and referrals as required by payer guidelines
• Communicate with patients regarding their medical benefit policies
• Communicate with referring providers and medical assistants to ensure continuity of care
• Answer incoming calls in a friendly and courteous manner
• Confidence in navigating various Technological platforms (MS, EMR, Portals etc.)

Preferred Qualifications :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail is a requirement
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Must be an Arizona resident
