The Software Engineer is responsible for designing developing testing and maintaining software applications. This role involves handling complex tasks with minimal supervision collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers. This position requires a strong grasp of software development methodologies problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality scalable software solutions.

Description :

• Write clean efficient and well-documented code using modern software engineering principles and best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis design development testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with other team members.
• Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Work to continuously improve the development process tools and overall software reliability.
• Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems ensuring scalability security and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering their professional growth.
• Determine the root cause for complex software issues and develop practical long-term solutions.
• Drive and influence technical decisions contributing to the overall strategic direction of the product and engineering team.
• Evaluate and make recommendations on new technologies and best practices.

The projected compensation range for this position is $200K - $300K.
