🌟 Your Impact at Lila

As AP Operations Manager, you will lead and own Lila’s end-to-end accounts payable processes during a time of rapid growth and operational evolution. You’ll be responsible for timely and accurate vendor payments and close collaboration with Procurement to support vendor onboarding, spend management, and operational compliance. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable, efficient financial operations from the ground up.

🛠️ What You'll Be Building

• Own and execute the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review, approvals, payment processing, and reconciliations
• Manage AP operations across multiple systems, including  Bill.com  and Ramp, ensuring accurate records and timely payments
• Partner closely with Procurement to streamline vendor onboarding, PO tracking, and purchasing compliance
• Drive month-end close activities, including AP accruals, reconciliations, and reporting

Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements to scale AP operations
