The Impact You'll Make in this Role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Supervisor to lead our global product development & engineering support activities for the ACCR high-temperature low-sag conductor portfolio. Through this, you will ensure that transmission grids worldwide deliver efficient and reliable power amidst evolving demand and supply conditions. Your responsibilities will include :

• Lead and manage a field engineering and product development team based at our St Paul headquarters, supporting global customer projects.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and effectively represent 3M's values and solutions.
• Collaborate end-to-end with cross-functional teams to prepare, submit, and execute high-impact customer projects.
• Coordinate with 3M manufacturing and external suppliers to ensure testing, qualification, and readiness for project deployment.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across programs.
• Translate market needs and technology developments into project roadmaps and platform strategies.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical education / trainings within the organization.
• Connect with business and technical leaders across 3M's solutions stack, from low to high voltage electrical network solutions.

The expected compensation range for this position is $188,251 - $230,084, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
