At Pollinate Impact, we believe there’s incredible talent out there that simply hasn’t been exposed to the amazing work carried out every day by impact incubators across Africa and Asia.

One day, we want to hear a young person say, “I want to work at an impact incubator!” — just as confidently as they say they want to be lawyers, investors, doctors, or pilots.

Call us nerds, but there’s nothing more exciting than building social enterprises that can change the way the world works. That’s why we launched the Pollinate Impact Residency Program — a 3-month, project-based opportunity with our Secretariat.
