We are seeking an Accounting and Human Resources Administrator to support both financial operations and HR functions.
Position Overview
This role provides dual support across Accounting and Human Resources, ensuring efficient business operations through accurate financial management and effective employee administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing responsibilities across both functions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Prepare monthly financial reports and perform reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring
- Process invoices, payments, and employee expense claims
Payroll Support
Assist with payroll processing and ensure tax / regulatory complianceTrack employee hours, benefits, and deductionsSupport year-end reporting activities and filingsHuman Resources Support
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentationMaintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor lawsSupport performance management, engagement initiatives, and training coordinationHelp administer benefits and implement policy updatesCompliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to financial and HR regulationsPrepare internal and external reports, including those for auditorsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee dataWhat We're Looking For
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferredExperience
5–8 years of combined Accounting and / or HR administration experienceSkills
Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practicesExperience with accounting software and HRIS systems (Sage and Paycor a plus)Strong Excel skillsExcellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilitiesPersonal Attributes
