Endocrinology Physician Opportunity in Tyler, Texas

Practice Setting

Practice includes a focus on thyroid biopsies and a wide variety of endocrinology cases
Collaborative environment with strong support staff, including 4 diabetes educators, 1 MA, and 1 LVN per physician
Supportive, team-focused practice culture that allows you to focus solely on patient care without administrative burdens
Opportunities for academic involvement

Schedule

Monday-Thursday : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM with a half-day on Fridays

1 : 7 on-call schedule

Phone call / e-consults only, with no hospital rounding. Rarely impacts quality of life, with additional phone and screening support to ease after-hours duties

Work-life balance with the flexibility to live anywhere, no need to be within a specific radius of the hospital

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation with transition to a productivity-based RVU model

Signing bonus up to $20,000 and quality bonuses up to $10,000 per year
