About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead the operational aspects of its rapidly expanding multi-state network. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's aggressive growth strategy, particularly in the areas of acquisition and integration. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong operational background, capable of leading and managing all field operations to ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, and performance consistency. The COO will be responsible for overseeing a team of Area Directors, establishing and enforcing company-wide operating procedures, and driving the integration of newly acquired locations to maintain a seamless customer experience.

The ideal COO for the company will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in multi-site operations leadership, preferably in consumer services, retail, or automotive-related industries. They must have a proven track record in leading field operations through periods of rapid growth, M&A integration, and process standardization. The role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach, adept at managing distributed teams and instilling operational rigor. Experience in implementing scalable systems, leveraging data analytics, and a strong focus on KPIs to drive revenue and margin improvement are essential. The candidate should be comfortable in a high-expectation, private equity-backed environment and be willing to travel regularly across the company's footprint.
