Job Title : Senior Oracle Database Administrator

Location : Gold River, California

Job Responsibilities :

Monitor database activity and resource usage to ensure optimal performance.
Implement tuning strategies to enhance system response and efficiency.
Design complex data structures for improved database performance and accessibility.
Develop load-balancing processes to minimize downtime during backups.
Enforce database security policies and guidelines.
Lead technical projects involving database installations, upgrades, and recovery strategies.

Skills Required :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in database design or maintenance.

6+ years of experience in database management and performance tuning.

Proficient in hardware / software installation and upgrading procedures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
