Job description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Strategic Buyer to join our Supply Chain Management team. The Strategic Buyer will play a key role in sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and building strong supplier relationships to support our business objectives. This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, negotiation expertise, and a strategic mindset to optimize costs while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet company goals for cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and industry data to inform purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (planning, production, finance, and logistics) to align procurement with operational needs.
• Manage and coordinate equipment deliveries, oversee all procurement activities, and provide essential reporting to support operational success.
• Pick and identify materials in warehouse whenever needed.
• Monitor and manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent performance and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier interactions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and reduce costs.
