Healthcare Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Healthcare Virtual Assistant fluent in both Spanish and English, with hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks (ECW). This role supports a fast-paced U.S.-based medical practice, ensuring smooth patient communication, accurate documentation, and efficient administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule and manage patient appointments via eClinicalWorks
- Handle inbound / outbound calls and messages in both Spanish and English
- Maintain and update patient records with precision and confidentiality
- Assist with medical billing, insurance verification, and prior authorizations
- Process referrals and coordinate follow-ups
- Provide empathetic support to patients and relay information to providers
- Utilize Google Workspace and VOIP tools for documentation and communication
