YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting Solution Delivery Manager opportunity in our Merriam, KS office The role is to design, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle. The Software Engineer II will also analyze and remediate software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently write, translate, update, and code software programs and applications according to specifications / standards.
- Provide performance or supervision (mentorship / coaching) of one-to-many small-sized projects.
- Consume business requirements and model business and systems processes based on findings, using case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and logical data models.
- Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs to correct errors, isolate areas for improvement, and general debugging.
- Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines.
- Install software products for end users as required.
- Write programming scripts and / or apply configurations to enhance functionality within applications / solutions as necessary.
- Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
- Manage and / or provide guidance to junior software developers and research assistants.
- Perform assigned activities / schedules for multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle and problem resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required :
Experience with specific phases of the software development life cycle, especially Design, Build, and Test.Working technical knowledge of one or more programming languages, including C#, REACT, or JavaScript / TypeScript.Experience with SQL databases.Preferred :
