JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
Join our Talent, Learning and Capabilities team as a Visual Instructional Designer you play a pivotal role in shaping engaging and impactful learning across the organization. In this role, you will leverage your graphics and visual expertise to transform complex concepts into engaging and easily digestible learning experiences. Working collaboratively in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for designing graphics for a variety of platforms and educational purposes, including participant guides, models, presentations, and reports. You will also perform basic video editing to enhance the impact and clarity of key messages. Your primary focus will be on creating content that is not only aesthetically pleasing and aligned with the CommonSpirit brand, but also effectively educates, communicates key information, and facilitates understanding of the learning concept or objective. Required Education and Experience
2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with some video editing experience. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
