Lead partner pitches, sign new partners, and support expansion of 2,000+ new locations within 12 months
Own partner-facing processes, onboarding workflows, and SOP development
Manage dashboards, reporting, heat maps, and insights across HubSpot & operational systems
Handle mid-size partner relationship management, contract compliance, and escalations
Shift : Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
Target Pay Range : $70,000–$80,000 base + bonus
Requirements
3+ years in partner management, channel development, customer success, or business development
Proven experience growing partner or channel networks
Strong CRM / reporting skills (HubSpot preferred)
Excellent communication across all levels, including executive-facing
Ability to manage escalations and drive operational excellence
