5-7 years' experience working an inpatient clinical role

• cardiac / tele / ICU

2 year's experience with a leadership focus

Experience with remote or virtual patient monitoring platforms and workflows

Can pass a computer / technology literacy exam

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Active Compact RN License

EKG Trained Monitor Tech

Epic and Cerner EHR system experience

Job Description

One of our top healthcare clients is seeking an ambitious leader with a clinical background that will help manage a virtual telemetry monitoring unit based in Phoenix. This incredible team of over 120 resources working 24X7 is looking to bring in a leader who is ready to help oversee 20% of all cardiac patients across a nationwide health system. The unique part of this role will be managing technicians who oversee patients in hospitals across the continental United States. The position requires a leader who is able to work 2P - 10 : 30P AZ time, has strong tech literacy as well as has familiarity with scheduling, CAPs and SOP from scratch. This is a contract to hire role seeking an individual willing to convert to a salary of $110,000 with bonus and full benefits eligibility.
