Job Description

Experienced grounds maintenance technician needed for two large production plants. Seeking 5+ years experience in property upkeep, exterior maintenance, hands-on skills, customer service, and contractor experience. Join a world renowned company with years of business experience. Responsibilities :

Property ground maintenance and facility upkeep

Keep common areas clean, repaired, and properly displayed

Picking up trash around dumpsters & property

Landscaping, trimming, pruning, watering

Assist in preparation of parking lots, delivery docks, and offices

Qualifications and Requirements :

At least 5 + years of experience or equivalent experience

General knowledge in various skills, grounds maintenance

Valid drivers license in good standing

Ability to work at a fast pace

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
