Position Overview

  • Part-time (10 hrs / week 520 hrs total)
  • Paid hourly plus State-approved travel reimbursement
  • Focus : Improving health outcomes for older Hoosiers and individuals with disabilities advancing home and community-based services (HCBS) and supporting LTSS reforms.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Active Indiana medical license
  • Specialty in geriatric medicine
  • Proven expertise in :
  • Indiana LTSS programs (including managed care)
  • D-SNPs / FIDE SNPs
  • Mortality reviews & incident reporting
  • Dementia-capable HCBS

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and clinical guidance for the Division
  • Policy / program review and development
  • Mortality reviews incident reporting improvements and best practice research
  • Participation in LTSS / HCBS workgroups and training development
  • Grant writing assistance when needed
