Compensation : Rate Type : Hourly

Over Time : 40 total hours in 1 week : 1.3%

Double Time : None

On-Call : 15$

Call Back : 1.3%

Holiday Pay : 1.3%

Additional Information :

If your traveler has worked for any Providence affiliated facility as a perm staff - they must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel contract. Swedish honors compact licenses.

2 YR EXPERIENCE

Patient diagnoses :

Neuro ICU, Cardiac (medical, diagnostic, and interventional), sepsis, hemorrhage, hemodynamic instability, respiratory failure, general surgery

Cardiac, Medical, Neuro, PCU, Surgical.

Special procedures :

Artic Sun, Balloon Pump, TPA, Post DBS, CRRT / prismaflex

Chest Tube Set-up / Care, CPAP / BiPap, High Frequency Vents

Procedure Sedation, RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation Drugs,Trach Care,Vents

Blood / Blood Products Administration

Cardioversion / Defibrillation, Cooling / Warming

CRRT / Dialysis,

CVP, Epicardial Pacer Management

PA Lines, Rapid Infuser

Sheath Removal,Tele Interpretation.

Manager will try to provide block scheduling but no guarantee.

Patient Ratio 1 : 4, low volume of ICU patients on the unit (not a 16 bed ICU)
