PitchBook is looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking technology leader to join our team as Vice President of Engineering overseeing Product Development. Reporting to our EVP Technology & Engineering youll lead a global organization of more than 200 engineers who design build and scale the PitchBook Platform the technology that powers how thousands of investors advisors and dealmakers discover opportunities and make confident decisions across private and public markets.

This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy innovation and execution. Youll shape our engineering vision strengthen our platform architecture and continue building a world-class team and culture. Primary Job Responsibilities :

Technical Strategy & Vision

• Set the technical direction and drive execution for PitchBooks engineering organization ensuring our technology strategy supports innovation scalability and customer success
• Lead architectural modernization initiatives that strengthen performance reliability and developer efficiency
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies from AI and data pipelines to automation tools that help move the business forward

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
