Key Objectives Verify and validate data entries for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality.
Responsibilities Review and cross-check data from various sources to confirm accuracy.
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in datasets.
Enter and update information in databases and systems with precision.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to clarify data-related issues.
Generate reports summarizing verification results and highlight areas of concern.
Adhere to data protection policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management processes.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry, verification, or a similar administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with database software is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
