Job Description Summary :

The Enterprise Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining system integrations using iPaaS systems. This role focuses on enabling data flow across platforms through scalable, reliable, and well-documented integrations. The engineer will work across various types of integrations, including data migration, data enrichment, and data synchronization, using both Point-to-Point and Hub-and-Spoke architectural patterns.

Position Responsibilities and Duties :

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using iPaaS systems, adhering to best practices and company architecture standards.
• Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to gather detailed integration requirements and translate them into scalable, technical designs.
• Conduct discovery sessions and lead technical discussions to clarify use cases, transformation logic, and scheduling needs.
• Ensure consistent and accurate synchronization of master data entities across multiple systems through robust integration workflows.
• Configure and manage integration endpoints, error handling, and logging to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Monitor production integrations and respond to alerts in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
• Work closely with cross-functional groups to test integrations during ERP, HRIS, or other third-party application patch releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performing impact analysis and root cause diagnostics.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for integration flows, data mappings, dependencies, and operational procedures.
• Ensure all integration designs comply with data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Manage and coordinate work with third-party consultants or vendor teams to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with SOLV's architecture standards and delivery timelines.

Compensation Range : $112,835.00 - $141,044.00
