VNI Manager, Change Management
The Venues and Infrastructure (VNI) team plays a critical role in delivering competition and non-competition venues that are functional, innovative, and fully accessible for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. As part of the larger Sport and Games Delivery group, the VNI team ensures that all venues are designed, developed, and delivered with the highest standards for functionality, sustainability, and inclusion.
Reporting to the Sr. Mgr., Risk and Assurance, the VNI Manager, Change Management will lead and own the change management program for the VNI team. The Manager will record, monitor, and report changes to the infrastructure program, including preparing the governance process as well as identifying and communicating change impacts downstream to other functional areas. The Manager will also oversee teams to support the change management process. This role will require deep collaboration across LA28 internal teams and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have managed and / or created the management of change (MOC) or similar process for complex project delivery teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $115,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.
