We're looking for a Director of Social Media to lead and manage the social media function and ensure its overall success and effectiveness. This role is responsible for defining and executing a strategy for social media at Vonage including aligning overall goals and objectives, creating and managing operational processes, managing and delivering a social calendar, identifying and measuring key metrics, and managing the team to deliver on these roles.

Your key responsibilities :

• Work with marketing leadership to define overall goals, objectives, and KPIs for social media
• Define and gain consensus on overall social media strategy aligned to goals and objectives
• Prioritize social media channels and create specific presence and posting strategies for priority channels - including LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram
