job_description.job_card.job_descriptionStrategy & Implementation : Create and implement communication strategies (including writing editing and production) to enhance the employee / candidate experience and promote a positive company culture across multiple platforms including intranet video email and newsletters (internal & external). Storytelling & Campaigns : Guide compelling storytelling efforts and campaigns to support global people program projects ensuring consistency with Zscalers voice tone and brand. Content Direction : Explore creative methods to reach employees / candidates and direct content produced by others to maintain quality and messaging guidelines. Program Leadership : Lead our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) programs ensuring that internal and candidate-facing communications reflect and promote our mission vision and culture. Measurement & Advising : Define and measure the success of internal communication strategies and campaigns making necessary adjustments to increase employee engagement while serving as a trusted advisor to internal clients. Brand Voice : Capture the authentic voice of Zscaler and shape the internal communications narrative while finding new and effective ways to communicate and engage with employees and candidates. 7 years of internal communications or employee communications experience. Experience with creative and engaging storytelling across a variety of channels internal and external. Project management experience leading communication strategies for large-scale global programs and campaigns. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in communications marketing public relations journalism or a related field.
