Senior Business Analyst

The Business Analyst reports to the Director of FP&A and will support monthly reporting and developing / improving business reporting across all Lightedge’s operations. This role is instrumental in providing executives with strategic business insights to help support decision making.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and improve monthly and quarterly Executive & Board reporting
• Collaborate with FP&A, operations, sales, and other teams to gather and validate reporting requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards ensuring accuracy, clarity, and usability
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources (, Snowflake, other data warehouses).
• Use Excel (and VBA when needed) for advanced modeling, ad-hoc analysis, and supplemental reporting
• Partner with data engineering / IT to ensure proper data connections, definitions, and governance
• Conduct rigorous QA to validate data accuracy before publishing dashboards
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting processes, standardize metrics, and automate recurring reports
• Serve as the go-to resource for dashboard development and reporting support within FP&A and across the business
